@Mort de Great Feng Xi can be wrapped into different headings. Specifically his first meeting with Han Li, and his second meeting as the Golden Wyrm King. The book number didn't help readers there. It got in the way of the actual content which is about Feng Xi himself. If you want to help people find where to read use the citations/references instead.

Formatting to organize content the content itself fine. Introducing format where content does not exist, or introducing format to generate content is not ok. As an example; all the "appearance" sections are really really useless. Use a picture to show rather than needlessly describe. Most characters in RMJI aren't described well enough to generate an meaningful appearance section. Now this would be different if this was Martial God Asura where the author spends an entire chapter needlessly describing the appearance of a character.

I think Appearance Header is useful and needed. Every character that is recurring or present for significant time has their appearance described by the author and you usually won't need a page for characters that appear and disappear for plot purposes.

As for history and background, we can merge them together.
