Jiao San (Wyrm Three) is a high-ranking member of the reincarnation palace that cultivates the laws of reincarnation. She first meets Han Li when supervising a mission by the reincarnation palace to kill the Red Moon Island Master. She is also the daughter of the original Han Li and previous incarnation of Nangong Wan, known as Gan Rushang.
