Soaring Heavens City is the capital of the Nine Nations Union. It lies in the southmost country, the State of Yu. It was city of cultivators. This city alone even had seven cultivators at mid Nascent Soul stage or higher stationed there. It uses the Greater Light Extinguishing Formation for defense.[1]
The largest trade meet in the Heavenly South convened in that city.
Although Soaring Heavens City was a huge city that spanned over fifty kilometers, it still wasn't something that could be compared to Heavenly Star City.[2]
