Wu Peng was a mid Nascent Soul stage Sect Master of Enlightened Leaf Sect from the Nine Nations Union.[1]
Moulan invasion[]
Wu Peng led a meeting along with the Flowing Mind Sect's Lady Qi about the Moulan invasion with other Nascent Soul cultivators, like Child Fire Dragon, Lu Luo, Han Li or Dongmen Tu.[1] In the meeting on the next day, the hosts were forced to agree to many conditions. The most important one being being that high grade assignments must be participated by an equal share of cultivators among the four powers.[2]
